The cost of living crisis will result in more and more people in the UK struggling with finance and debt. Christians Against Poverty (CAP) aims to exchange the weight of debt and fear for good news and hope.
CAP does this by visiting clients in their own homes, giving them a listening ear, negotiating with creditors, delivering financial planning and with the help of local churches providing clients with ongoing support and practical help.
The Lancaster, Morecambe and District Churches Debt Centre is a charity funded by a partnership of churches, working alongside the national charity, Christians Against Poverty (CAP).
TV's money-saving expert, Martin Lewis said: “CAP are unsurpassed when it comes to the debt help they give people across the country." If you would like to receive a regular news letter, please sign up here.
